My main task was to coordinate the various trades and create seating for at least 45 people. The sun's path and the needs of the employees – including its use as a smoking area – were taken into account.

The furniture is weather-resistant and durable. A clear zoning system has created versatile and usable living areas.

One of the biggest challenges was securing the umbrella bases. To ensure sufficient stability even in strong winds, they had to be anchored to the roof. This required drilling into the roof surface – an intervention that immediately had to be professionally sealed with a vapor barrier and waterproofing to prevent water damage in the floors below. Therefore, precise coordination of work processes and close communication between the trades involved were crucial.
