From sketch to the last detail

After the staff retired, the canteen was put into a period of inactivity, only to reopen three years later in all its glory. The renovations included a complete overhaul, new electrical wiring, and underfloor heating, and encompassed the entire floor, including a new hallway and terrace. Following discussions with management, it became clear that the goal was not to create a standard staff room, but rather a space where everyone could relax, connect, and once again become a meeting place. The durability and functionality of the furniture were not compromised at the expense of aesthetics. The three zones—learning area, island, and dining area, as well as a quiet zone—addressed all the needs for interaction and retreat.

What began with simple tools like pen and paper and a vision has grown into something large and complex. The dedication of the professional tradespeople and the talented team (former colleagues), along with an extraordinary amount of trust and no restrictions on creativity, deserves special mention – this is how this fantastic project was accomplished.
