KSTOOLS company

KSTOOLS is a company that is constantly evolving and always keeps up with the times. During the Corona pandemic, when public events, trade fairs and social life were severely restricted, the managing director developed a clever alternative: Instead of external events, customers were invited to the company's own premises for product launches.
The floor already housed the showroom for the current product range. The former training room was converted into a temporary pop-up exhibition space.
The aim was to deliberately move away from a formal presentation situation. Instead of an official-looking setting, a space was created where encounters on equal terms are possible – a place where not only customers are received, but where employees can also relax with a coffee.

To offer guests a deliberate contrast to the existing architecture, I developed a unique design concept. The building is characterized by a cool, gray exterior, white walls, and anthracite-colored window frames. It was precisely here that a warm, inviting, and unconventional atmosphere was to be created.
The room was divided into two clearly defined zones:
A dining area with a warm wooden table and dark furniture provides a striking contrast to the existing architecture.
The second zone – the lounge area – is based on a mix of Scandinavian and coastal styles. Warm natural tones, soft textiles and comfortable seating create a welcoming, homey atmosphere.
